DURALITE DIAMOND DRILLS

Duralite Diamond Drills are constructed from only the best quality materials and are designed to be both durable and lightweight. All aspects of the drill have been designed to ensure maximum safety for the user(s). Considerable attention has been given to the size and weight of every component to afford the most efficient disassembly, transport, and re-assembly possible. The total operational weight of the Duralite 1000N is only 9,755lbs (4,426 kg).

HYDRAULIC MODULE

Our proven hydraulic system is an open center, vented tank system, constructed using only top brand name pumps, valves, and accessories. This hydraulic system delivers 62 GPM at 2,200 RPM.

FEED FRAME AND BASE

The feed frame is constructed using aluminum “I” Beams. The head carriage is constructed of aluminum and the tower base is constructed using aluminum channel with aluminum angle for strengtheners. AII hinge points are constructed using Stainless Steel.
