LONGYEAR 38

BOART LONGYEAR

The Longyear 38 Diamond Core Drill’s high power to weight ratio makes this middleweight drill one of the most versatile exploration tools. Our 38 drills are mounted in a fully unitized drill shack complete with hydraulic driven FMC W09, 420 pressure pump, 200 gallan water tank, and porta ble mud mixer. Our drill heads, and wireline winches are fully guarded. These drills are powered by a F6L912 Deutz engine with an AT545 Allison power shift transmission, which is direct coupled. AII of our 38 drills have a 20′ pull out mast on them.
